很多人说，单身的人比成家的人更懂得保养是因为他没有家庭，尤其是小孩子的牵挂，其实我个人这答案只对一半。我个人觉得当一个人单身久了，他发现除了父母，他自己本身就是他最应该‘照顾’、‘爱护’的人；他必须比别人更懂得更懂保养与保健，甚至是储蓄、投资等；他也必须比别人乐观，在微小之处看见宏大的快乐，那么生活自然过得开心，身体也自然比较健康。
Single / Kitchen就是以这概念拍摄的主题摄影，我还记得我给ah Hong解释这摄影集的主题概念时，他就说道“这是你的心情写照”——是不是我的心情写照不重要，呵呵，我还是希望从简单的主题与摄影里给一贯支持我的朋友们看见里头的情绪与信息。好的，送给大家与我一同Bodyjam的印尼朋友合作的摄影集。
A single man knows much better than the married one to treat himself well in term of health and living, to me it’s not really he has much more time but is a way of living after being single for a long time, which he knows that other than parents, he himself is the one needs to be taken care or loved, leading him to see great happiness from a little good things.
